I've tried this link twice over the past week with no response. Also called the customer service number and left messages - thought maybe it has changed?

that would be AUP's fantastic record of customer service for you... go thru the shop you purchased the gear from, that's what they want you to do anyway
There has been a rather large shakeup at oceanic. Until the dust settles, if it ever does, I would not hold my breath. The person who used to monitor the oceanic forum here is gone.
