Oceanic PP3 training is available

I see on the ediving training web site the Oceanic PP3 is now listed. But when I click on enroll I get the message "You cannot enroll in this class" I'm I jumping the gun or is there some else I need to do first? Thanks

We are good from our side.

You need to check with Oceanic directly on if/when they plan to provide activation codes to their customers.
