Operation Manager Reporting: directly to General Manager and Managing Director
- Managing and oversee operations of a vessel, coordinate with Cruise Director onboard
- Managing Budget & reporting
- Handle admin work
- Assist and ensure smooth operation of the vessel
- Must be a certified, in teaching status diving instructor(s)
Operation Manager Job
- Age above 25 years old
- Minimum 5 years experience in the diving industry and at least 2 in management position
- Able to manage and operate daily operations of a live aboard
- Able to work from remote/isolated area
- Able to provided references from previous jobs
- Hospitality or food & beverage industry experience a plus
- 2nd or 3rd language a plus
- Mandarin linguistic skills an advantage
