Yep, I think that there are lots of them. Found lots of links yesterday, just don't remember them now. You might look at a Dive Rescue 1 course on June 24-26 by the Baker City Search and Rescue for a start. Maybe you're not looking for a class, but there is a group. I'll watch this and see if I can find the links I found yesterday if no one else jumps in. Maybe the Dive Rescue International web site.
