Ornate eagle ray??

Hi there,
I was looking through some old photos when I saw this picture:

I saw this ray March 2008 when diving the Great Barrier Reef. Sorry about the poor quality of the picture but it was taken with a basic digital camera and my first time using one underwater at that. It was about 3 - 3.5m across, and we were at max of 25m. I've come to the conclusion it was probably an Ornate eagle ray.

Can anyone confirm this and tell me a little more about them / refer me to a reliable website with information on it?
