Oxygen provider instructor course in Feb. near SLO??

Does anyone know of an O2 provider instructor course offering during the month of Feb. relatively near SLO ?

I will be on leave in SLO from East Timor where there are a good dozen divers interested in the O2 provider course. We have the O2 kits but not very many O2 certified divers. In a place with no chamber, the more O2 certified the better.

Any help greatly appreciated.
