Got it on the volume at 1 atm. I would have expected that if the volume was given in cc instead of ci.

Tripped me up too. Inconsistent volume measurements between the different cylinders.
Back to the op. Without significant skill you'd be building a bomb, or a failure waiting to happen. They aren't good pony tanks.
