Don't count on Mantas in May or June. April and May can be really great, tho. It all depends on the seasonal winds. If the winds have switched to westerlies, you're hozed and you will be diving the east side. Not what Palau is about. No Blue Corner. No Peleliu. No Ulong. No New. The winds typically switch in May or June, but it seems nothing is typical climate-wise these days! If the winds are eastery, rain is no biggie. And if the winds are easterly, GO! Check out Neco Marine. Best facilities and best boats, by a long shot.
