Password Required when looking at pics

Occassionally I click on a pic that is accross the top of the forum menu. I get a "password required" screen..... My password isn't working.

Last one was a diagram put up by FFLDIVER.

Is there a problem?

The random gallery feature used to show photos will at times pull out images from locked galleries. We have taken a few measures to try and stop this from happening but for some reason it continues to occur and thus far we have been unable to locate the bug.
