Has anybody ever heard of Phantom divers in Playa de carmon. Someone recommended them on this sight or maybe it was lonely planet. On their websight they are offering 2 coette dives, 2 playa de carmon dives and two cozumel dives for $215Us. That is really cheap isn't it? Hope someone can answer my question soon.
