Philippe Tailliez - Wikipedia

As he was likely photographed countless times when he was diving along with Cousteau and Dumas, can a better leading image of him (within Wikipedia's copyright rules) be found than that monochrome photograph of an old man?

Does anyone know what he died of?

Similarly with Frédéric Dumas (Cousteau's other companion); his Wikipedia article contains no image of him.

I couldn't find much on Philippe , just some vague references in French websites which i had to translate.
It appears (and would also be my guess) that he passed away from natural causes, considering he was 97 years old.

In regards to Fredric. i would also assume natural causes as he died at age 78. (Could not find official cause of death)
I did how ever manage to find several pictures of him , this one among them Imgur

Im not sure what you mean by Wikipedia copy right laws, all of these pictures i found in several places online mostly blogs etc.
