I'm looking for an inexpensive (<$100) that does photo recovery from a computer crash.

Most I'm finding want to recover a whole hard drive and what "I WANT!!".. since it is about "me" (just joking here) is a program that will do a folder or one or two like a batch processing in PS....

Can't seem to find one. They all just limit it to the Full drive and that takes forever..

I thought there was a discussion on this before, but can't find using search "Photo recovery" or "lost photos" so thought I'd try this...

    Thanx much..

ps. I have one, Data Recovery?? that I used to recover a HUD, but before I start to move photos into one CD or ?? and the process I would really like to have one that would just do a single or directory... at a time...

Have you looked at Photo Rescue? You can download a free trial of it here to see if it can find what you're looking for, then purchase if it looks like it will do the trick: Photo Rescue

    Thanx,
I'll check it out.. just initially, it didn't say support for .psd files, but assuming it can or will and also just do files/folders as indicated... it says support drives, all do that, but it's usually "ONLY Drives" and I've got 500gigs to shuffle though, so in day 12 it would be a hassel..

Appreciate the link, it just might work, will check it out...

    thanx much...
