This is a quick fix in Photoshop. I used an advanced technique called "Channel Masking" to try to isolate the algae. On a duplicte layer I flipped the anemone and used the mask to let parts shine through to the bottom layer. You need to unlink the image and mask and move the image till it looks pleasing. I did a minor contrast adjustment in curves. Another tutorial topic.

I still agree with Yoda. The clone tool would work better on this image, but it would take a lot of time and effort to do a realistic job. At any rate, this is my quick fix.
