I am taking a Marketing class as part of a MBA program. For our class project, my team is doing a marketing plan for the local dive shop I teach through in the San Francisco Bay area. In addition to addressing how to better attract prospective divers, the project also addresses how to keep divers interested in diving once they are certified. This survey is relevant for for both divers and non-divers, but as you'll see, there are more questions for those already certified. Thanks for your support!

That was easy and quick.

lots of assumptions, of course. the shops where i get my fills is 9 hours away, no mention of what i'd be able/willing to do if there were child care included, and no thought about techy gear. but easy to do and i liked the formatting.

All surveys of divers and marketing are kind of clunky from the diver's point of view, but this one isn't that bad.

Good survey.

The one potentially misleading question relating to "are you more likely to buy stuff where you get your air fills".

Well, yes - I'll pick up stuff there like o-rings and smaller stuff. But I tend to do my major gear purchases online.
