Please recomend a large pelagic liveaboard for Jan-Feb

I'm looking to enjoy a liveaboard at the end of January-February to dive with large pelagics in warm water. It is a special trip so I don't mind spending more for a fine ship. What do you recomend? (I dived the Red Sea in the past)
