Hi All,

A few weeks ago while diving in a really silty location, my 5 month old Uwatec Aladin Pro Ultra managed to make it's way off my wrist and down into the muck, never to be see again.

I sent an email to ScubaPro explaining the situation to them and requested a warranty replacement. ScubaPro contacted the LDS I purchased the computer from, Midwest Scuba, and between the two of them, they determined that I did indeed deserve to have my computer replaced.

Well, today I picked up my replacement computer from Midwest Scuba and am happy as a clam about. Now I back to diving with 2 computers and don't feel out of balance <grin>.

I want to just say thank you ScubaPro and Midwest Scuba.
