I just got a Sea Star as part of the set that includes the Shaockwave II and the Surge, for my 1st night dive Saturday. I opened the Sea Star by unscrewing the top and the batteries fell out. When I put them back in, I put one + up and the other - up. However the light is not working anymore. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

The way that you put in the bulb part matters, like with the surge.

I tried what was suggested above and I spoke to customer support and it is indead broken....I am going to send it back and they will replace it or repair it. Unfortunately I will need to buy another just for my night dive this weekend. Luckily they are inexpensive and a backup never hurt anyone.

Thanks again,
