Its true, so wrap up warm 
22 to 24c this week. I've not seen 26c.

confirmed. the water outside (other side of sabang point) is considerably warmer - up to 26 at turtle rock and boulders. should start warming soon. if the monsoon ever lifts. the weather has been a lot of crap but slowly improving.
Have heard similar lows for Palau recently. I guess we sucked all the warm water over to southern California as I had 64° F at 64 fsw the other day.

We were in PG over the weekend. Ar deep monkey beach my computer told me 20 degrees! We went and bought hoodies for the rest of the trip.
