Puerto Vallarta in October

I will be in PV late October-early November. If anybody has been there this time of year what can I expect in terms of water temps and vis?

I've seen some good recommendations for Pacific Scuba. Any other recommended shops that have small dive boats?

october is a good time to go to pv. i think water temp and viz is good, august to october is the warmest.
other dive operators are twin dolphins, and vallartech.
