Building on what Trace said.... It also sounds like you maybe kicking more from your hips. When you kick from your hips you get more of a wobble back and forth which could make that bottle swing. When you get the frog kick down it is primarily ankle with minimal leg movement. The power comes from good technique. Smooth short (1 thousand 1, 1 thousand 2, kick) strokes....No big wind up.
