I picked up an older Mk5/Adjustable on ebay. I'm not sure of it's vintage, but it has a singly 3/8 inch HP port with a 7/16 inch adapter, 4 LP port turret, metal saddle, 3000 psi yoke with a 1/2 inch yoke screw, disc filter, and brass turret nut. My 1999 SP schematic indicates that brass turret nut should be replace with SS, and that only the 9/16th inch yoke screws are rated for 3000psi service. So, are the yoke marked "3000" with a 1/2 inch screw or the brass turret nut safety defects that have been recalled by SP or are they upgrades simply for improved safety with no history of safety problems?

Thanks

By the way, I have determined that even the 'green' SP metal seconds can be cleaned and made to breath again. Just needs a new exhaust valve before its maiden voyage.
