fyi,
Just wanted to give all a heads up folks spoting red tide south of Boca grande and now in Charlotte harbor mostly up till now south of Boca but some predictions bring it north our way. I would get out diving this weekend or so before it makes it way this way..
I sure hope its doesn't come our way ... East winds Saturday should make good diving...

Bummer! Thanks for the heads up. I hadn't heard about that. It has been awhile. Nasty stuff for sure!

It was spoted on the beach in Englewood and stump pass. I was out all day today off Venice and didn't see or smell anything.. Keep your fingers crossed..

I was in Stump Pass today. There was a big school of 10-12 pound redfish. Unfortunately they were all on the beach and about a week old. I'm glad you guys got out. Maybe it will stay south.
