Regulator Free Parts Program

I bought a DR 2500 reg set brand new from one of your authorized dealers while on vacation in the US. Now I'm back in Canada and was wondering if the free parts program will be honored by your Canadian authorized dealers.

Also, I was wondering about the service interval with the free parts. It says every 2 years or 100 dives. So, with that, is it possible to recieve the freeparts if I get my regs serviced every year?

Hi,

Our Canadian dealers are allowed to participate in this program. The way it works is that they send in the used parts and we sent out a new parts kit in exchange. They should pass that savings on to the customer. You'll still owe them for labor.
