As I said, I haven't seen them in a long time. The permanent stands, which were cleared away without any suggestion of democratic consultation by the current Mayor shortly after she took power, were heavily patronised every day of the year and provided superb food at low prices. The fact that her family owns several restaurants and other businesses in the immediate area I am sure has nothing to do with it!
