I am aware of Ocean Edge And Add Helium selling the o rings. I asked if anyone knew the dimensions or sizes of the orings...DM...
Contact Jason at Ocean Edge Outfitters...they are the rEvo authorized service center for North America...they will have stock...some parts have purchase restrictions...you should be OK with user serviceable components...
Best...

I understood the question...and I believe I understand your intentions...overall diameter and dimension of the ring is very important...
Buy the correct ''O'' ring for the specific sub-component...why risk a leak at depth with an ''O'' ring that is close but not correct...or is made of a material or hardness other than specified...for the sake of thinking you're saving a few dollars...
Cheap ''non spec'' ''O'' rings are like cheap batteries...neither will do you any good...
Most members will not respond for fear of leading you in a direction you should not be going...

Spot on. When it comes to spare parts for rebreather's, it can be easy to forget that its a part for a life support system, your life support system. My 2c, all spare parts for rebreather's should be viewed in this manner. There are good O-rings that are made to tight quality control standards. There are cheap O-rings that have sloppy quality control. Correct durometer but is the elasticity correct? How much flashing do you have to shave off the seam? The O-ring kit as about the cheapest spare parts you can buy for a Revo. The O-rings last just about forever as well. It's not like they are Oxygen cells that do cost an arm and a leg and do need frequent replacement.
Thanks Don!This is for a rEvo II. I do not know the loop hose connections for the 3 so just disregard the p-port ones.
