Roll Control Tank Racks for Boat

Looking to buy some Roll Control tank holders.
I need enough for 12-16 tanks, looking to buy used new ones would set me back quite a ways.

Do you want the tanks to be standing in them or lying down in them? If lying down you can do a lot with some two-by-four and a few screws..

Good question and I should clarify, I need them to stand up to save space in the boat, I wish I had the luxury of going the lumber and screws route but I still need some room for people to move around etc.
The picture above might be slightly misleading because it is on the ground, thanks for the question and I hope this helps clarify.
