I took a 1 day photo class in Bonaire with a very nice & knowledgeable gentleman, named Tim, at Fisheye Photo. Great class, but I have misplaced (LOST) my notes and can't remember were the flash settings should be pertaining to the different settings on my camera. It's just a point & shoot camera, so it shouldn't be that hard to remember but I don't take it with me all the time so I forget between trips.

PS: if it makes any difference Canon s100, Fix s100 housing, Fisheye Fix 167 wide angle lens, and 2 sea&sea YS-01 strobes.

Off -> Manual with Pre-flash -> Manual w/o Pre-flash -> TTL

Just leave your flash on full power, your camera should compensate for it.

With camera in Av, Tv set flash to TTL, dial to max
Camera in manual mode set to No preflash, adjust dial know as required
