Can't I get a 67mm port with the RecSea 95 instead?
I had planned on ordering the M67 lens adapter (M67: SKU16307131) with the RecSea 95 housing from UWdigitalcamera.com.
The idea is to be able to add the 10bar M67-to-AD bayonet adapter for the Inon UFL-165AD, while still being able to use all the M67 (67mm Type 2) threaded macro and WA wet lenses out there.
Apparently not. They seem to have decided for you that you will use their lens which is a 52mm thread. A step up ring will move the lens out too far. Don't know what to tell you, other than it looks like you need a Recsea if that is the lens you want to use. What a shame, improve something and look what you get, less, not more. Can people just leave things alone nowadays????????
And again, Ripseven, the 52mm port adapter I have is indeed anodized aluminum. I am not talking about the step up ring that came with the UWL-04. If your 52mm port adapter is plastic, you ain't got the right thing or at least not what the rest of us are using.
