If you are in the market for your first round of gear or are ready to replace some old stuff, consider talking to Blue Dolphin Scuba in Frisco (north of Dallas).
I was in the shop tonight and Mike Tyzbir (tizz-burr) has lots of signs on his regs, masks, fins, BC's and more advertising as much as 20-25% discounts when you can make up a package. His main lines that he has in stock are Cressi and Oceanic. As with other LDS's he is a dealer for other lines, but may not have them in stock. And the discounts may or may not apply to the special orders.
I've talked with Mike and his staff a couple of times and they seem like good people. And the customer care programs he has told me about look very innovative.
