Before using the lubricant, I store the suit on a hanger with the TIZIP zipper fully open to ensure that all moisture trapped in the suit can dry. Sometimes I even turn the suit inside out. Then, in addition to lubricating the docking area, I use a cloth soaked in a multi-purpose low viscous oil and gently apply the oil on both sides of the zipper tape.
