I have a small semi-waterproof zip up bag that I have carried for years, extra mouthpieces, o-rings, fin & mask straps, some 'zip' straps (those things you use to hold the mouthpiece in place), snorkel straps, 1st stage regulator caps, high and low pressure plugs & some other odds & ends.

I have actually saved more dives for other folks than for myself, but I was sure glad to have it along in Cozumel this past trip when my 20+ year old mouthpiece split and on the next dive my equally aged strap on one of my Jetfins snappped on me.

My wife makes fun of me double checking all my extra gear, "boy scout" she'll say, but hey! that 'be prepared' slogan still works!!!!!
