While I am certainly glad I got to experience the Whale Sharks with SB in 2018 it certainly wasn't like the video above. There where easily 20+ boats in a small area each with multiple snorkelers in the water and each boat jockeying for position was too insane for my liking. I understand that each trip is different.

I did the whale sharks the last time scubaboard was in Cozumel after the bar bill was added to the total I figured out that Hookers and Blow are cheaper than whale sharks Ill stick with the cenote trip.

Is there a hookers and blow excursion? I must have missed that announcement but that's probably just as well.
Probably.
Even the Whaleshark thing I think I shall pass on.
After chasing after those fellows in both Utila and the Maldives (2×), I have still only ever seen 1 ( passing the other way, nearly 85 feet below where we were expecting to meet them)

As suggested, seeing Whalesharks has proven to be a bit too dear ($$$) for my blood.
I may one day stumble into one on a dive ( I know folks who have), but I am done chasing after them.

We’re busy doing last minute prep for the trip. Clothes are packed. Regs have been serviced and had a test dive. Our final shakedown dive is Saturday.
