When I was there a couple of years ago, they had us hop off the boat before it left the dock on the 1st dive day. We did a reg recovery and a mask clear. Those that wanted to do a weight check (with full tank) could do that as well. Have fun...

For those concerned about wind, it's a tad breezy but sure doesn't seem windy where I am. And there's no smoke from the Canadian wildfires!

Terri & I did a dive yesterday out of West End and the wind didn't affect us at all. Looking forward to seeing everybody tomorrow.

The main impact from the wind is fetch on the water making it choppy. A couple times, I grabbed the ladder while the DM pulled off my fins for me because it was rocking around a bit. Hopefully the AKR dive staff does the same.

In going over the pack list one last time - just caught the idea of Bay Adventure Trip voucher. Did we ever get those?? I don’t have anything in my email and only got the luggage tags via snail mail.
