Shearwater, hands down.
If you're heading tec, you need to know what algorithm you're planning your deco by. Scubapro's ZHL variant is still proprietary.
Scubapro gives you adjustments, but no way to correlate them with existing tec algorithms, except by comparison of planned dives on your computer with a deco schedule in MultiDeco or SubSurface.
Even without tec, there is far more ability to customize with Shearwater.

Can i ask reasons why the perdix is better?
Designed and built by divers for divers by a company that it is all they do.
