I took this last month during a night dive in Mexico. I think it's a sea cucumber, but I've never seen one with dark brown growths on it's back.

Sea Cucumber, yes. Might be a FiveToothed or a Conical. Too many kobby podla for the Three Roiwed, i think.
 
A sea life identification site did tag it as a Three Rowed, or Chocolate Chip/Cookie Dough Sea Cucumber. They did note the size of the knobby podia of this specimen.
