Hello,

Does anyone know how DUI and other manufactures seal seams on trilaminate drysuits? Do they use aquaseal or other glue? How do they prepare the fabric? Sand, degrease, do something else? I am repairing my TLS350 and the bonding quality of my patches is not as good as the original seals.

My FLX Extreme has something like 3 layers of some hand applied glue on the seams. Don’t know what it is. I’m sure someone does.
