No CD in my September Sport Diver. I live in Canada so maybe this is a USA-only thing...

Im in Canada and didn't recieve one either.

Well I wonder what the criteria was then to decide who are the haves and who are the have-nots because the publisher (World Publications) is located in the same state as you.
