Sherwood Wisdom 2 - shut down

I have an almost new Sherwood Wisdom 2, perhaps 15-20 dives on it. ONe months ago in Fifji, first dive... hit the water and BAM... no display. It all just instantly shut off.

On the surface, i pushed the button and it booted up, no problemsky. I checked the battery and it was fine.

Thoughts?

After I changed the battery in mine it started doing that, it was getting water in it.
I put a new battery do0r on it and same thing it gets water in it and shuts off.
