I have over 20 dives in curaco, only 2 dives on a boat. The boat dive was the mushroom forest. And there are ways to the mushroom forest by car. Almosts all dive sites are on shore line, except for clien curacao.

Indeed there is. The easist way to locate & decide on shore diving sites is by going to this quite excellent that I've used for years----> http://www.shorediving.com/Earth/ABC/Curacao/

Migth also want to obtain a copy of "The Dive Sites of Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao: Comprehensive Coverage of Diving and Snorkeling" by Jack Jackson. Gives a nice discusssion of the history, geography & culture of the ABCs, plus brief coverage of boat & shore diving sites for each of the islands.

Have fun.

Plenty of shore diving on Curacao as mentioned. Just thought I'd mention, if the reason for not liking the boat is seasickness, Curacao is not as calm on average as Bonaire but it's often pretty calm. My husband has major seasickness issues and uses the scop patch, dramamine isn't enough for boats for him usually - but Curacao is one place we went a number of times while the scop patch was off the market as he was ok there with dramamine.

There are a number of casinos on Curacao. There's one in the Plaza hotel which is at the entrance to the harbor channel downtown, and in the hotel Otrabanda which is on the channel to the harbor. There's one in the Marriott which I'd guess is one of the nicest ones. Breezes has one. Not my thing so I haven't done more than wander through one occasionally. I think there's a bunch more if you search the web.
