Beautiful shot, Jim.

Gorgeous shot Jim. Congrats.

This is such a cool thread. Thanks to to OP.:D

Oceanobsessed. Thanks for the compliment (and id) on the lizard fish. I was experimenting with manual white balance. My son was running low on air so we headed back to the boat off Klein Bonaire. I hung out under the boat taking photos waiting for everyone else to come back. I think I wound up with an extra long dive and wound up being the last one back on the boat. :D

By now probably everyone's tired of this one ... but it's still one of my favorites ... it's a nudibranch ... Janolus Fusca ... wrapping itself around a kelp leaf ...

Of the literally dozens of different nudibranch species I found in Indonesia, here's the ones I liked the best ...

This first one seems to be wrapped around the "thumb" of a coral hand ...

This one I liked for the colors and detail ...

And in her fashionably-short skirt ...

Finally, my favorite not-nudibranch pic ... this thing looks like it belongs in the movie "Toy Story" ...

Its a keeper

Stunning shot. Even had I not flooded my camera in Australia, I never would have thought to shoot the giant clam in macro.

Bob, you have every right to be proud of the nudi shot. It is spectacular.

I can not take the credit, my wife took the photograph. She knows nothing about photography, I have to set the camera up for her, then she takes a photograph like this. It's enough to cheese anyone off. Another one of her photographs below, she has the eye.

Beautiful shots, everyone! Here is another one I took, just a few weeks ago. It was one of the first with my new setup...
