I have two D-rings on my back, nothing else, and that's for the cylinders. No separate place for suit gas there. I prefer keeping stuff in front. Anyway... there are good reasons for using separate suitgas. I'll find out some attachament method for sure.
 
I just hang a 6 liter inflation bottle from the rails on my butt plate, don't even know it's there while diving.

Mine's rigged the same way, just with worm clamps and little bits of cord underneath holding the bolt snaps.
