Silly question about dry suit air usage

thermal protection is obviously a huge part of the reason for using an inflation bottle too... likely a much larger part of the reason than conserving back gas for most people. In any case, as I said, I'm not trying to assert that rock bottom is going to be significantly impacted, only that the difference in my RMV when using a drysuit is more than enough for me to notice it.
