Similar vibe to scuba junkie?

We're looking at options for a week's diving over Christmas. We really like laid back backpacker-vibe dive resorts like Scuba Junkie, Mabul and Two Fish, Lembeh.

Does anyone know of any others that are similar? We're thinking of possibly the Caribbean (flying from London) but open to anywhere really.

We're both experienced divers (used to be instructors). Our diving to date has included: Indonesia, Phillipines, Thailand, Mexico, Egypt, Australia, UK

Bonaire allows you to drive all over the island and Scuba. Very laid back.
