So I purchased a STA that is Highland or XS Scuba. In the package there were 2 plastic washers (nylon?). What are these used for? Are they just a spacer? I remember something from school about dissimilar metals but didn't think it would apply (all 316 stainless I think) and can't really remember specifics. Also wondering about what delrin nuts to order that will fit the bolts that came with the STA.
Thanks.

Would this single-tank adapter work with a Halcyon SS backplate and harness?

The nylon washers are to keep the back plate from getting scrached up when tightening down the wing nuts.

I am sure the STA bolt holes are on 11" centers since the Highland bp has 11" centers. I know OMS, Dive Rite, Hollis, and Deep Sea Supply make their bp with 11" center holes, unsure of Halcyon.
