As a former Liveaboard tour leader I would honestly advise to not book any liveaboard that combines divers and snorklers. The truth is you will always come second. You will have to work around diving schedules and dive sites which are often too deep or totally unsuitable for snorklers. Like the others said shore based is the best option.
