Tank102a,

After having just recently passed the GUE C1 course, I have a newfound respect for both cave divers and the dangers of cave diving. This is serious business and you have to have rock solid trim & buoyancy skills, a decent fitness level AS WELL as confidence in your diving skills.

I think you have to ask yourself whether you want to take your time and first learn the necessary skills you need to be safe, resolve issues (which can turn into a HUGE issues in a cave) and be a good buddy OR just find an instructor that's willing to get you inside a cave and take your money so that you can get a card.

There's great advice written above but IMHO, it's really more of a process in diving refinement skills and not just a course.

but what's around that one!?!?!

Er , a silt-out???!!! (EEK) :D
Or as we have been saying the last two weeks in Peacock , a PERK-OUT!!!

Beano

P.S. OK , I'm up in Boston again , and I'm just killing some time typing totally meanless statements. (ERP)

Marci: Everythings getting back to Normal again in Cave Country. Should be nice and cleaned-up when you come back (SMILE)

You're in a good mood....as soon as I saw you posted (remembering my last post in here) I was like "oh crap....telford story!" :rofl3:
