SOQ to Bangkok

We need to go from Sorong to Bangkok (either airport) -- as it happens it will be on Dec 24.

Just thought I would check to see if anyone has any experience or strong opinions on flight options.

probably "easiest" way is to fly SOQ-UPG-CGK then international CGK-BKK/DMK.
Have a look on nusatrip.com for domestic indonesian flights. Air Asia would cover the leg to Bangkok

Shortest route would be SOQ-MDC-SIN-BKK. But the MDC-SIN route is only like 4 times a week.. so you need to time it right.

Least amount of hops would be SOQ-CGK-BKK (there are direct flights SOQ-CGK)

We flew NAM Air SOQ to CGK last night -- ALLLLLLLLL last night. 12 hour delay, and a quite old plane in the end. Never again!
