South of Cancun recommendations

So, I have a last-minute business trip to Cancun (Hilton All-inclusive just south of town) and I would like to dive a bit. Does anyone have recommendations in the area? Any operations you suggest?

I did weeklong trip to Cozumel, Tulum, and Cancun last year, had a wonderful time. How much free time will you have? Any full days, or only half-days for fun stuff?

Two full days. I've done PDC, Coz and Tulum before- never further north though. I was hoping to stay around Cancun.
