what is the exact legislation regarding wreck diving in spain ?
There is now a sailing boat which has sunk in front of a harbour 5mn from my DC and i would like to go and have a look at it, but don't want to get ppl diving with me into HUGE trouble when we come out (like with 10 guardia civil guys in front of us
).
This boat is no archeological treasure, it's just at the entrance of the harbour, the masts are out, it's in 4m depth, 50m from the beach for the situation... now what do you guys think ? can we go ? can we go in ? is it still considered private property if it has sunk ?
if anyone has the law articles, the BOE etc i would be grateful.
