hi everyone,

what is the exact legislation regarding wreck diving in spain ?

There is now a sailing boat which has sunk in front of a harbour 5mn from my DC and i would like to go and have a look at it, but don't want to get ppl diving with me into HUGE trouble when we come out (like with 10 guardia civil guys in front of us :D).

This boat is no archeological treasure, it's just at the entrance of the harbour, the masts are out, it's in 4m depth, 50m from the beach :) for the situation... now what do you guys think ? can we go ? can we go in ? is it still considered private property if it has sunk ?

if anyone has the law articles, the BOE etc i would be grateful.

thanks in advance,
Olivier
