For me, spearfishing has been like playing golf....or playing guitar. It's something one could do their whole life and never stop learning and getting better.
In golf, every shot is different based on lie, distance, wind etc. Guitar, every song is different...tempo, chords, leads, note progressions...styles....
And with spearfishing, technique varies based on species behavior, depth, scuba, free diving, blue water, reels, breakaway...never ending. That's what's so great about it.
